Electric vehicle production line

The production line adopts the "U-shaped layout + intelligent transportation" mode. The main line is divided into five major modules: parts on-line → power system integration → body assembly → electrical system debugging → vehicle testing. Raw materials are delivered to the intelligent material rack through the hanging assembly line according to the production plan. After passing the MES system scanning code verification, they are accurately loaded according to the BOM list by a robotic arm or manual person. Critical processes (such as motor installation and battery pack splicing) are aligned in millimeter level through positioning tooling. Each workstation is connected in series through chain conveying lines/double-speed chains, and the beat time is controlled at 90-120 seconds/table to ensure seamless connection between processes.
