On the circular production line, 12 groups of light green tooling frames are regularly distributed. Each set of tooling frames is equipped with adjustable universal wheels and positioning grooves to facilitate accurate positioning of rear axle components. At the nearby workstation, the heavy mechanical arm steadily lifts the brake drum to the rear axle final reducer, and the pneumatic clamps below are tightened simultaneously to ensure that the assembly accuracy of the parts is controlled within 0.1 mm. In front of the mid-section inspection station, workers held a three-coordinate measuring instrument to accurately verify parameters such as rear axle journal runout and gear meshing clearance. Electronic billboards display test data in real time, and red and green indicators provide intuitive feedback on whether the process is qualified. On the operation table on the west side of the production line, blue tool carts are neatly placed, and professional tools such as hexagonal wrenches, torque wrenches, and magnetic particle flaw detectors are hung in categories, reflecting the refined standards of 5S management.
